Jax Kar Wash

I have a monthly membership. Great value for the price. I was a little disappointed on my last visit. And probably won't be going back to that one. The guy that normally bring you in and starts spraying your car down. I believe he was the supervisor. He was more interested in the girls at the both than doing his job. Look like sexual harassment to me. Waited in front to be pulled in for almost 5 minutes. Another guy came out of the back. Wasn't happy. I'll be going to a different one from now on.

The guy at the sprayer when you 1st go in was great. 1 watched him do the cars in front of me. He was very thorough. Sounds silly but that guy acted like he cared about his job. Made me feel better about going to that 15 and mound Jax car wash.

I went to this car wash on Monday, March 2nd around 9:45 AM. My car went in normally, but when it came out the rear bumper was ripped off. The manager on duty filled out an incident report acknowledging the damage (see photo) and told me to wait one week for an update. After waiting a full week, I came back today and was told they will not do anything and that I should go to court if I want. Their explanation was that a small part of the bumper might have been slightly sticking out before the wash, but their equipment is what ripped the entire bumper off. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional handling of a situation they documented themselves. Customers deserve better when damage happens inside a business.

I’ve been a Jax Car Wash member for over three years, and overall it’s been a great experience. The washes are consistently good, locations are convenient, and the membership has been worth it for keeping my car clean year‑round. That said, the prices keep going up, which makes it harder to justify long‑term. I’ve also noticed Jax seems to be acquiring more and more car washes across Michigan, which limits competition and choices. Still a solid service and reliable quality, but I hope pricing stabilizes in the future.

I have reported vehicle damage that took place on 02/29/26. I have had no response as of 02/05/26. The damage was to the wiper arms and wiper blades. These were damaged by the drying wheel at the end of the wash tunnel. The wipers were turned off, properly stowed in their off position. The wheel snagged the driver's side then the passenger side wiper assembly, and twisted them violently. Both arms were twisted out of shape rendering them un-usable. If trying to use them they would overswipe. Drivers side runs off over the door paint. The damage was reported immediately to the towel dryers upon exiting the tunnel. A----w took the report and has a pic of the damage. N---k the manager was not present at the facility. A----w was supposed to communicate the damage to N---k. No incident Number was provided to me. I do have date and time stamped txt messages as proof of the incident and communication. Due to Safety reasons trying to drive in winter without functioning wipers the assemblies were replaced. 02/31/26 Since I have tried contacting Jax car wash several times through this their site and phone number and leaving messages with the AI bot with no response, I'll try one last time
